Bending and glueing the upper part of the side is tricky.
As you can see in the picture on the left it is not simply bent in one direction but a bit torded to get a nice joint at the neck block. (The neckblock is fitted right-angled at the bottom. The front is approx. 3 cm shorter than the back). I had to bend the clamps a bit to reach over the edge of the side.
Fitting the other side will present another dificulty:
To acquire exactly the same shape. (Using a mould is nog such a bad idea after all but this way of building is more adventurous!)
