Purfing in the back

Here I'm cutting the groove for the purfing (after marking the edges with Floris' purfing-cutter



I'm going to fit a dark-light-dark purfing of stainen maple with pear in between. (0.3 0.6 0.3 mm)

After some experimenting on leftovers I started today for real.

I transformed a cheap gouge to a very small chisel (1 mm)

This is the result before ....

And after glueing the purfing in the groove
